Common pitfalls, and how to avoid them
- Studying unevenly. One weak subject can pull down your average or drop you below the 60% floor, so give every subject real time, not just your favorites.
- Never practicing under time. Knowing the material and answering it at exam speed are different skills. Take at least one full timed mock before exam week.
- Cramming instead of spacing. Short, daily review beats a few marathon sessions. Work a lesson and its quiz, then move on and come back.
- Skipping the review of wrong answers. The explanation on a missed item is where the learning is. Read every "why", not just the score.

Graduates of a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Psychology (or an allied degree the Board recognizes) from a CHED-recognized program. Unlike the Psychologist exam, the Psychometrician exam does not require a master’s degree — it is the entry licence for psychometric and testing work.
