Return and Refund Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
ExamJuan sells digital reviewer access — there is no physical item to return. Fulfillment happens the moment the course is unlocked in your ExamJuanaccount, right after your payment is confirmed. Because access is delivered instantly and digitally, and because every course has a free sample lesson and quiz to try first, purchases are generally non-refundable — but we always want to be fair, so the cases below explain when we will refund.
When you are eligible for a refund
We will refund your payment in situations like these:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same reviewer.
- Failed access after a successful payment: your payment went through but the reviewer did not unlock on your account, and we cannot restore access for you.
- Wrong course purchased: you bought the wrong reviewer by mistake and tell us within a reasonable period, before you have made significant use of it.
- Other valid payment or access issues: any genuine billing or delivery problem on our side.
When a refund does not apply
To keep things fair to everyone, refunds are not available for:
- digital access that has already been completed or substantially used;
- change of mind after the reviewer has been unlocked and used;
- misuse of the content or account, sharing your account, or reselling access;
- violations of our Terms and Conditions.
How to request a refund
Email info@examjuan.com with the subject “Refund request” and include:
- the account email used for the purchase;
- the course/reviewer you bought;
- the payment reference number from your confirmation or account;
- a short description of the issue (and a screenshot, if you have one).
Review timeline and refund method
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 to 3 business days and aim to resolve them promptly after reviewing your account and payment record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, PayMongo; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or e-wallet. Where a refund is not warranted, we will explain why and, whenever possible, fix the underlying access problem instead.
Questions or a dispute
If you have a concern about a charge or access, please contact us first — see our Contact page and our Dispute Resolution Policy. We would much rather make it right than leave you stuck.
