Dispute Resolution Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

If something goes wrong with a payment, your access, or a refund, we want to fix it. This policy explains how to raise a dispute with ExamJuan and what happens next.

Step 1: Contact us first

Please contact ExamJuan first for any payment, access, or refund concern — before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues (a course that did not unlock, a duplicate charge, a wrong purchase) are quick for us to resolve directly. Email info@examjuan.com or use our Contact page.

What to include

To help us investigate quickly, include:

  • your customer/account email;
  • your order or payment reference number;
  • the course/reviewer involved;
  • screenshots of the charge or the problem, if available; and
  • a clear description of the issue and the outcome you are looking for.

Our response

We will acknowledge your dispute within 2 to 3 business days and review your account and payment record. Depending on what we find, we will:

  • restore access to a reviewer you paid for;
  • correct your course access (for example, if the wrong reviewer was unlocked);
  • issue a refund where eligible under our Refund Policy; or
  • give you a clear explanation if a refund or change is not warranted.

If it is still unresolved (escalation)

If you are not satisfied after we respond, you may escalate:

  • ask us to have the matter reviewed again by the operator, ExamJuan Review Center;
  • raise a payment dispute with the payment provider (PayMongo) or with your bank or card issuer; and
  • as a Philippine consumer, you may contact the appropriate government body (for example, the Department of Trade and Industry) for consumer concerns.

We will cooperate in good faith with any legitimate dispute process to reach a fair outcome.
