Graduates of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from a CHED-recognized school who meet the PRC eligibility requirements.

A general average of at least 70%, with no subject rating below 50%. You need a general weighted average of at least 70% with no subject grade below 50%. Engineering boards pass at 70%, lower than the 75% of most PRC boards.
