Who can take it
Any Filipino citizen, at least 18 years old, of good moral character. You do NOT need a college degree to take it, but Professional eligibility is required for most technical and supervisory government posts.
Format
Pen-and-paper (CSE-PPT), 100% multiple choice, ~170 items in 3 hours and 10 minutes. Given nationwide twice a year (typically March and August).
